Cam Phelan, Ph.D., M.S.

Cam is one of the team members responsible for operations at the IT Environmental Liquidating Trust (ITELT) in Northern California, and she serves as a subject matter expert in air quality. She is also a subject matter expert in air quality. She brings a strong technical background in air pollution modeling and exposure science, with experience translating complex air quality data into practical, compliance-oriented insights.

 

Cam holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, a MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UC Berkeley, and a PhD focusing on regulatory models of secondary air pollution from UC Berkeley.
